Facade Reborn is a complete exterior transformation that reimagines an early-2000s villa through a contemporary architectural lens. Clean geometries, premium natural materials, and a restrained material palette redefine the home's identity, creating a sophisticated façade that balances modern minimalism with timeless elegance.

The challenge was to completely transform the visual identity of an existing villa without altering its structural framework. The redesign needed to replace an outdated architectural language with a contemporary expression while respecting the building's original proportions and enhancing its overall street presence.
We introduced a disciplined composition of clean architectural lines, dark marble cladding, warm timber accents, and carefully balanced solid-to-void relationships. By eliminating unnecessary ornamentation and emphasizing material contrast, proportion, and depth, the façade was redefined into a refined and cohesive architectural statement.
The result is a contemporary residence with a bold new identity that feels both timeless and sophisticated.
