The restaurant occupied a historic building with protected architectural features, requiring careful coordination with heritage authorities throughout the construction process. The tight timeline — 14 weeks from handover to opening — demanded exceptional project management.
Drawing inspiration from the crisp geometry of romaine lettuce and the timeless character of Masr El Gedida, we developed a minimalist retail environment defined by soft green accents, warm neutral materials, and carefully curated product displays. Clean lines, uncluttered layouts, and a refined material palette create a calm atmosphere where products become the focal point and every customer interaction feels personal.
