Designed for the headquarters of Agriventure for agricultural investment in Wadi El Natron, this mixed-use office building embraces the surrounding berry fields and desert landscape. The architecture draws inspiration from its natural context, blending warm materials, shaded outdoor spaces, and open courtyards to create a workplace that feels calm, connected, and deeply rooted in nature.

The challenge was to design a productive work environment without disrupting the site's natural character. The building needed to balance operational efficiency with a strong connection to the landscape while responding to the desert climate through passive design strategies.
We developed a design language inspired by the agricultural setting, combining natural stone, textured plaster, timber pergolas, and lush planting. Courtyards, shaded terraces, and carefully framed views blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing daylight, ventilation, and nature to become integral parts of the workplace experience.
The result is a workplace where architecture and landscape exist as one. Rather than competing with its surroundings, the building enhances them—creating an environment that encourages collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity while celebrating the beauty of Wadi El Natron's unique natural setting.
