Meat Show is a turnkey project for a theatrical steakhouse concept. MYS delivered the complete project — from spatial concept to final handover — creating a dining environment that turns every meal into a performance.

The client wanted a restaurant that would feel genuinely theatrical — a space where the drama of the cooking process becomes part of the dining experience — without tipping into the self-conscious "concept restaurant" aesthetic that often feels forced and dated.
We designed the kitchen as the centrepiece of the space, with a custom open grill visible from every seat in the restaurant. The material palette of blackened steel, aged brick, and warm amber lighting creates an atmosphere that feels both primal and refined. Custom butcher's block tables and leather-wrapped chairs ground the theatrical elements in genuine material quality.
Meat Show opened to immediate critical acclaim and has maintained a waiting list since its first week of operation. It was named one of the 50 Best New Restaurants in the Middle East for 2026.
