Kasa Hotel is a boutique hospitality project that redefines the guest experience through a warm, contemporary design language. Drawing on local craft traditions and modern spatial thinking, the hotel creates an atmosphere of effortless elegance — a place where guests feel both welcomed and inspired.

The brief called for a hospitality environment that would stand apart from generic hotel design — one that felt rooted in its context while delivering world-class comfort and a memorable brand identity.
We developed a design narrative centred on warmth and authenticity, using locally sourced stone, hand-crafted joinery, and a curated palette of terracotta, warm whites, and deep greens. Each space — from lobby to suite — was designed as a distinct yet cohesive experience.
Kasa Hotel opened to strong critical reception, praised for its distinctive character and attention to detail. The project has become a benchmark for boutique hospitality design in the region, demonstrating that authentic local identity and international design standards are not mutually exclusive.
