The existing building lacked character, presenting a dark and monotonous façade with limited engagement. The challenge was to redefine its identity, enhance its presence within a rapidly growing urban context, and create a more inviting and memorable experience for occupants and visitors.
We introduced a modern architectural language defined by sweeping curves, generous glazing, and thoughtfully designed landscapes. By maximizing natural light and integrating outdoor spaces with the architecture, the design enhances openness, comfort, and the overall user experience.
